Holiday Mall is a 130,177 SF shopping center is anchored by a 46,295 SF Winn Dixie Supermarket and a 9,800 SF Family Dollar. Notable inline tenants include Winn Dixie Liquors, Pinch-A-Penny, Cricket Wireless, Cora Healthcare, Greenberg Dental, Metro PCS, Suncoast Credit Union and H&R Block Holiday mall also includes a 2,199 SF Chase outparcel building (vacated July 2019) on 0.60 acres as well as a 3,200 SF Amscot outparcel building on 0.52 acres. This shopping center was built in 1976. Winn Dixie’s premises was constructed in 1999. This shopping center is located at the southeast corner of US Highway 19 North and Moog Road in Holiday, FL. US Highway 19 is the major north-south thoroughfare in western Pasco County, with an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) count of 71,000. Moog Road AADT is 3,800. Holiday, Florida has seen a dramatic increase in household income in the past 5+ years.
