Mr. Blutrich established Mishorim in 1989 and its subsidiary Skyline in 1998 in Toronto. It was then that Gil moved with his family to Toronto in order to extend the company’s business to Canada. Mr. Blutrich holds many achievements in real estate in Israel and Canada including. In 2013, he was named as the leader of a new generation of entrepreneurs in real estate by the Israeli newspaper “Yediot Aharonot”. In 2004, he was a recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award for his work in Canada. Besides his business activities Gil is highly involved in non-profit organizations. In 1994 he founded the Israeli organization “Brighter Future” encourages youths at risk to develop business and improve their communities. In Canada, Gil holds a number of public positions, including: serves as a director in the Toronto Film Festival, Chairman of the Israeli Forum in Toronto and serves as an honorary consul of the State of El Salvador in Canada.
